Our Cava Brut Rosado comes from Penedès, which is known for the sparkling wines that have been produced here since 1872. Our winemaker in Penedès has a small, special vineyard where various grape varieties are planted. Trepat and Garnacha grapes have been used for our Cava Brut Rosado, harvested by hand with great care. The years of experience of our winemakers ensures that we can make beautiful cava wines that guarantee optimal quality.
Casa Safra Brut Rosado has exuberant fruity scents of cherries, berries and strawberries. The taste is fresh with lots of fruit and sweet impressions. A long fruity finish with an elegant mousse.
