Our Cava Brut comes from Penedès, which is known for the sparkling wines that have been produced here since 1872. Our winemaker in Penedès has a small, special vineyard where various grape varieties are planted. Carefully hand-picked Macabeo, Xarel-Lo and Perellada grapes are used for our Cava Brut. The years of experience of our winemakers ensures that we can make beautiful cava wines that guarantee optimal quality.
Casa Safra Cava Brut comes with aromas of citrus, apples, nuts and almonds. The taste is fresh and fruity with citrus and lime. A cava with an elegant mousse, sparkling with a long refreshing taste.
